### Activities and Achievements:

#### Meetings and Task Reviews

**Ambassador Hub Meetings:**

- Conducted a total of 11 meetings during December to review task progress, gather feedback, and discuss future updates. These meetings aimed to strengthen ambassador engagement and refine program structures for better participation.

**India Hub:**

- Weekly Meetings: Held 5 weekly sessions with Indian ambassadors. These sessions provided a platform to:
  - Guide ambassadors through their assigned tasks.
  - Share updates on program developments and future initiatives.
  - Address challenges faced by ambassadors and provide solutions.

**LATAM Hub:**

- Leadership Call: Held a one-on-one call with the LATAM ambassador leader. This call focused on:
  - Reviewing the current status and potential future opportunities for LATAM ambassadors.
  - Gathering insights on how the program could be tailored to better suit LATAM’s community needs and engagement goals and Ambassador program as a whole.

**Feedback Meetings:**

Conducted 5 separate feedback meetings specifically designed to:

- Collect insights on how the program could be improved from the perspective of active ambassadors.
- Gather suggestions for new initiatives and updates to existing tasks.
- Reinforce positive morale among ambassadors, as feedback during these sessions was overwhelmingly encouraging.

### Task System Updates:

### Push Chain Tasks:

In December, a new category of tasks related to the Push Chain proposal was introduced to engage ambassadors with strategic governance initiatives. These tasks included:

- Sharing a Twitter thread explaining the Push Chain proposal.
- Creating a meme related to Push Chain.
- Voting and commenting on the Push Chain proposal in the forum.
- Voting on the proposal via Snapshot.
- Writing a blog post titled “Introducing Push Chain: The Future of Consumer-Centric Blockchain Applications.

### Key Outcomes:

- **Ambassador Engagement:** 9 India ambassadors actively participated in voting on the [Push Chain proposal](https://gov.push.org/t/introducing-push-chain-a-shared-state-l1-for-universal-apps-closed-moving-to-vote/1991).
- **Content Engagement:** The shared content, including blogs, threads, and memes, garnered over 1,500+ impressions across various platforms.

### Objectives Achieved:

1. Increased ambassador engagement in governance-related activities, reflected by participation in voting and discussions.
2. Enhanced visibility of Push Chain, demonstrated through substantial engagement metrics.
3. Fostered a sense of ownership and active participation within the ambassador community.

### Weekly Task Additions and Supervision:

### Restructuring Plans:

- Removed video-related tasks based on ambassador feedback and discussions with Sumith and Carla. The removed tasks include:
  - Recording and publishing YouTube videos (long and short).
  - Editing long and short videos.

### Workshop Task Restructuring:

To ensure a seamless and impactful workshop experience, tasks have been divided into stages focusing on preparation, submission for review, and final execution. The focus is on what ambassadors need to submit before hosting and how the workshop link is tracked post-execution.

- **Virtual Workshop Tasks:**

This structure ensures that ambassadors focus on thorough preparation and accountability while providing a clear process for review and tracking outcomes.

### Strategic Meetings:

**With Sumith:**

- Discussed the creation and detailed roadmap of the Ambassador Website, emphasizing its role in showcasing ambassador profiles, contributions, and the program’s overall impact. The website is in its planning phase, with initial discussions about design and data organization underway.
- Proposed launching an Indian ambassador blog and Reddit platforms for sharing ambassador content and Push Protocol updates. These platforms will allow ambassadors to actively contribute and amplify the program’s reach.
- Brainstormed ideas to integrate Push Chain tasks into long-term ambassador activities, fostering continuous engagement.
- Discussed improvements in communication workflows to streamline task validation and minimize redundancy across all ambassador hubs.

**With Carla:**

- Reviewed Push India’s growth trajectory and evaluated the overall performance of the Ambassador Program. Focused on identifying new opportunities to enhance ambassador involvement.
- Refined task structures to better align with ambassador skills and program goals, emphasizing the need for diverse task categories.
- Explored strategies for maintaining engagement through regular workshops, feedback loops, and targeted incentives for high-performing ambassadors.
- Discussed methods to improve ambassador outreach and engagement in DAO governance activities, fostering stronger ties between the ambassadors and the Push Protocol community.
