Faiz Khan: I am Faiz Khan, founder of Inshaan Corporation before that in 2019 I was selected for GSOC at CCextracter for building Poor man’s rekognition but shifted from machine learning and AI to be a product marketer at Masters India, Flojo Inc and also a freelancer since 2018. Having worked as a developer I shifted my career towards marketing in order to understand the acquisition strategy and finances of a company. Since I have been freelancing space for such a long period of time, we figured out some of the root causes in this domain and were really fascinated by how blockchain can really solve those problems. 1. **Project TL:DR**
Inshaan is first ever web3 one-stop platform specifically designed for freelancers and gig-workers, that incorporates a profile rating system as a staking model(Proof of work), commission-free escrow smart contract and gig-aggregator models for freelancers.
With Inshaan staking mechanism, all community members who are expert in their respective domain can stake and vote on the portfolio of new freelancers and help them to not only rank better on the client side but also include new metrics for evaluation.
In return if the freelancer successfully complete 3-5 projects (decided based on the amount staked) the community member will be rewarded. This helps freelancers, especially the ones who are just starting out and find it very difficult to succeed as a freelancer.

PROBLEM STATEMENT & SOLUTION
All of us must have come across this dilemma once in our lifetime that “YOU NEED JOB TO GET EXPERIENCE AND YOU NEED AN EXPERIENCE TO GET A JOB”, well not any more. From the vast amount of freelancer in the ever expanding space, new freelancer finds it difficult to land a client. That’s not it, client faces equally same problem trusting a new freelancer. Not only our profile rating system will help new freelancer to index better in the marketplace, it will also help clients to trust a new freelancer.
Since we can see a number of platform being developed for different community to share the work, its getting very difficult to authenticate, cross check and see reviews of that particular individual. We can have a single portfolio design where an individual can link with multiple platform and share the link of the portfolio along with reviews and previous work record so as to maintain one single point of contact.
Traditionally freelancing marketplace charges huge commission(up-to 40%) in between for escrow payment solution and are really biased towards clients in case of dispute. Inshaan also offers freelancer to make commission free escrow smart contract (In stable coins) with their clients and in case of disputes, community members can participate in the dispute resolution method and get rewarded in return.
Many freelancing marketplace are emerging, which is ultimately good for the community but this leads to a new issue. A gig-worker has to stay active in every platform in order to reach out to clients. We understand that marketplace is a “Chicken and Egg” kind of situation so we have build a gig-aggregator module with gig search feature which will help freelancers to extract gigs from multiple sources to start with like freelancer[dot]com, Guru[dot]com, Peopleperhour[dot]com, Linkedin hiring post, Linkedin contractual jobs, HR & founders on LinkedIn and many more coming soon.

USER JOURNEY:
New freelancer \> connect wallet \> build portfolio \> search for gigs through our gig aggregator or list in profile rating system and get rating and feedback (which will help them to rank better on the client-side) \> get clients \> make smart contracts \> solve dispute through our dispute management system in case of dispute.
Different version vision:
PHASE 0 (IN PROGRESS TO BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 2022) (Funding Ask: $0 PUSH) :-MVP in progress with gig-aggregator, smart contract, Dashboard and dispute management which will be deployed on testnet and testing token faucet.
PHASE 1 (IN PROGRESS TO BE COMPLETED BY JULY 2022) (Funding Ask: $2000) :-First stable version launch on mainnet with all the feature in MVP.
PHASE 2 (IN PROGRESS TO BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 2022) (Funding Ask: $2500):- Second Stable Version = Feature includes: Messaging, Proposal, Portfolio linking. and other than that:
- PR and Community Building.
- Smart Contracts audit
- DAO formation
- Partner up with other communities.
- Event organizing and rewards.
Phase 3 (FUTURE: AUGUST 2022 to DECEMBER 2022) (Funding Ask: $7500):- Third Stable Version = Feature includes Powerful Dashboard, Profile Rating system (Staking), Marketplace and Client side.
- Make one free customer acquisition tool such as courses or market-rate charts for freelancers in different domain.
- Host hackathons and other events/conferences etc for community members.
- Creation of basic tests for freelancer to get verified to be able to participate in profile rating system.
Work Delegation:
Current tech team consists of 1 backend dev, 1 frontend dev and 1 smart contract dev.
Funding Ask and Breakdown:
Funding will be used in the following manner:
Staff costs - ($10,800)
Team will comprise of
- 1 Designer
- 1 Data Scientist.
- 1 UI/UX Frontend Developer
- 1 Backend Developer
- 1 Solidity Developer.
Development/Platform related costs - ($400)
We will be making use of the following development tools.
- Moralis API
- AWS services
- MongoDB
- Smart contract audits (at a later stage)
Marketing - ($800)
Marketing costs include :
- Ad Testing Budget (Google/fb/twitter etc.)
- Social media management tools
- SEO and website optimisation
- Email marketing tools
- Design tool subscription
1. **Value Proposition to EPNS**
a. Smart Contract, staking, start and end will be announced through EPNS.
b. Inshaan will have a chat service in future between admin, freelancer & clients, the proposal notification services will be powered by EPNS (Showrunner framework).
c. In future, every update regarding smart contracts will be notified through EPNS.
d. EPNS community members will get first update regarding dispute or Profile rating system to be able to participate and get award.
e. Along with that, whenever we will be hosting events related to web3 space, EPNS would reserve a special slot to its name.
f. We believe this grant will allow foster a long term relationship between Inshaan and EPNS to help out with any of your freelancing needs.
g. We will also be heavily posting on our social channels (Discord, Twitter etc) spreading awareness of the protocol and any opportunities that shall open up.
2. **Funding Requested**
$12,000 (36,990) PUSH Tokens as per the current rate of PUSH which $0.324
3. **Milestones:**

1. How does the staking system come to play here as in what incentives do users get when they stake their profiles and will they be incentivized in PUSH.

To answer your question
1. Staking mechanism:
Staking system consist of, New Freelancer (let’s call that user as candidate) and Community member (Let’s call that user as voter).
Role of Candidate:
Joins Platform\>Link accounts and make portfolio\> Participate in staking system \> Gets ranked based on the staking metrics.
Reward :
a. Gets better ranking on the client side.
b. Gets rewarded in PUSH token upon completing certain number of contracts. (Like Uber reward system)
Role of Voter:
Join platform \> Link accounts and make portfolio \> Buys PUSH tokens to apply \> Apply to become a voter \> We personally have a meet and verify their background \> Becomes a voter \> Participates in staking system \> Get rewarded based on the outcomes
Reward:
a. Gets rewarded in Inshaan tokens as per the amount staked.
b. Gets 10-20% of the last smart contract made by his/her staked candidate (We are still discussing this and not a final decision, would love to hear your opinion on it)
c. Gets rewarded in PUSH token upon finishing certain number of staking. (Like Uber reward system)
1. We will be a SaaS platform instead of commission based platform. We are offering no commission escrow system, so we won’t be charging any commission in between the transaction instead according to our survey we got to know that people would pay a specific amount (Somewhere around $10-20 per month) instead of commission.
Based on that, our charges would be $9 per month after the free trial of 3 months which could be paid in crypto including PUSH tokens.
