We’ve grown from ground 0 to a movement of 15+ contributors in 6 months developing TalentLayer; composable, decentralized, open-source infrastructure for talent markets; allowing anyone to easily build interoperable gig marketplaces. Before this, I built a few companies. I co-led a blockchain governance standards effort with the IEEE. I help a few projects with governance, partnerships, and process design. I’ve been featured as a lecturer on blockchain governance and ecosystem design by INATBA (European Commission blockchain association), The IEEE, Fedex Institute of Technology, Hyperledger Foundation and others. Ran the IEEE Blockchain Governance Standards initiative and consulted on governance since 2019.
