Notifications are not being sent on the iOS app of EPNS and the application itself needs to be polished as the app feels quite unfinished

Notifications should be arriving just fine. Our team are subscribed to many of the channels for personal use as well, and we always receive the notifs. I will still have a talk with the team to ensure things are working well.
As per your feedback in regards to the Mobile App, there are improvements and new features coming soon. As you can imagine, there are multiple moving pieces to coordinate before rolling updates.
