Key Objectives for December as Project Manager:

- Continued work on the Ambassador Website to showcase ambassador profiles, contributions, and program details.

- Video tasks have been removed, and the workshop tasks will be updated for better execution.

Meetings and Task Reviews
Ambassador Hub Meetings:
- Conducted a total of 11 meetings during December to review task progress, gather feedback, and discuss future updates. These meetings aimed to strengthen ambassador engagement and refine program structures for better participation.
India Hub:
- Weekly Meetings: Held 5 weekly sessions with Indian ambassadors. These sessions provided a platform to:
- Guide ambassadors through their assigned tasks.
- Share updates on program developments and future initiatives.
- Address challenges faced by ambassadors and provide solutions.
LATAM Hub:
- Leadership Call: Held a one-on-one call with the LATAM ambassador leader. This call focused on:
- Reviewing the current status and potential future opportunities for LATAM ambassadors.
- Gathering insights on how the program could be tailored to better suit LATAM’s community needs and engagement goals and Ambassador program as a whole.
Feedback Meetings:
Conducted 5 separate feedback meetings specifically designed to:
- Collect insights on how the program could be improved from the perspective of active ambassadors.
- Gather suggestions for new initiatives and updates to existing tasks.
- Reinforce positive morale among ambassadors, as feedback during these sessions was overwhelmingly encouraging.
Task System Updates:
Push Chain Tasks:
In December, a new category of tasks related to the Push Chain proposal was introduced to engage ambassadors with strategic governance initiatives. These tasks included:
- Sharing a Twitter thread explaining the Push Chain proposal.
- Creating a meme related to Push Chain.
- Voting and commenting on the Push Chain proposal in the forum.
- Voting on the proposal via Snapshot.
- Writing a blog post titled “Introducing Push Chain: The Future of Consumer-Centric Blockchain Applications.
Key Outcomes:
- Ambassador Engagement: 9 India ambassadors actively participated in voting on the Push Chain proposal.
- Content Engagement: The shared content, including blogs, threads, and memes, garnered over 1,500+ impressions across various platforms.
