Strategy

Goal: To create educational and technical content about Push Protocol and highlight its integration benefits for projects.

How Did We Achieve This?

  1. We promoted the Push Chain proposal through a Twitter thread explaining its features, voting on the proposal on Snapshot, creating a meme related to Push Chain, voting and commenting on the forum, and crafting a comprehensive blog post titled 'Introducing Push Chain: The Future of Consumer-Centric.

  2. To expand our reach, we translated Push Protocol’s content (blogs, banners, Twitter threads) into different languages

  3. We participated in weekly Governance calls and invited the Indian community to join the discussions.

  4. We were active in X Spaces and encouraged the Indian community to join us.

2. Governance

Goal: To ensure effective decision-making that benefits the collective good and maintains harmony within the community.

How Did We Achieve This?

  1. Participation in the Governance Call: We actively participated in governance calls to stay updated and contribute to discussions that shape the direction of Push Protocol.

  2. Push Ambassadors Weekly Sync-up Call: Every Wednesday at 7:30 PM IST, we share updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment across the team.

  3. Participation in the Push Governance Forum: We contributed to discussions, providing input on proposals and amplifying the community’s voice.

Next Steps

Snapshot Voting and Staking Education: We plan to promote voting on Snapshot and staking PUSH tokens. Additionally, we’ll focus on educating the community about the process to encourage active participation and informed decision-making.

3. HR & Talent

Goal: To maintain teamwork and results orientation, while ensuring spaces for vulnerability, feedback, and collaboration.

How Did We Achieve This?

  1. Push Ambassadors Weekly Sync-up Call: Every Friday at 7:30 PM IST, we held calls to stay connected, share updates, and align on ongoing projects.

  2. Ambassador Weekly Call Participation: Ambassadors actively joined weekly calls and submitted screenshots to ensure engagement and commitment to initiatives.

  • Documentation of Meetings: We documented all our meetings to keep track of discussions, decisions, and action items for future reference.

  • Team Motivation and Performance: We regularly discussed strategies to motivate the team, improve effectiveness, and maintain a productive workflow.

4. Financials

Goal: To maintain transparency in the SubDAO’s operations.

How Did We Achieve This?

  • Continuous Updating of Ambassador Contribution Results: We regularly updated the results of ambassador contributions to ensure transparency in reward distribution.

KPIs

  • Financial Report: A detailed report outlining the rewards distributed to each contributor was maintained for full transparency.

5. Marketing & Growth

Goal: To maintain a consistent and engaging presence across social media platforms while promoting Push Protocol’s services and community initiatives through Push Protocol India accounts.

How Did We Achieve This?

  • Maintenance of Push Protocol India Twitter Account: We’ve been managing and updating the Push Protocol India Twitter account, ensuring regular posts, engaging content, and active community interactions to strengthen our online presence.

  • Content Creation and Promotion: Our team has created and shared blogs, social media posts, and cross-platform promotions to raise awareness about Push Protocol.

  • Share Your Feedback and Growth Journey as an Ambassador: We have encouraged ambassadors to share their feedback and growth journeys, highlighting the impact and progress made through their involvement with Push Protocol, further promoting engagement and community building.

How Did We Achieve This?

  • Report Updates and Bugs: We reported any updates or bugs to the Push Protocol development team to ensure the product’s continued improvement.

  • Seeking New Partnerships: We actively sought new business development opportunities and partnerships to support Push Protocol’s growth.

Push India Ambassadors Wrap-Up & Cheers 2024

Goal: The goal was to celebrate the contributions of all the ambassadors at the end of the year, recognizing their efforts and achievements in promoting Push Protocol and fostering community growth. This initiative was spearheaded by the Push India Ambassador Program to honor and appreciate its members’ dedication.

  • Greetings and Meet the Team: We kicked off the event with a warm greeting, introducing the main person behind the Push Ambassadors Program. To build a deeper connection, we featured a ‘Meet the Team’ section, showcasing the dedicated members of the Push India and Push DAO Teams, highlighting their commitment to Push Protocol’s growth.

  • Celebrating Iteration Achievements: We celebrated the impressive achievements of this 77-day iteration, with 12 Ambassadors, 4,50,000+ Points, and 6,100+ Quests Completed, highlighting the community’s strong collaboration and engagement. We took a moment to thank everyone for their contributions.

  • Welcoming Push College Ambassadors: We announced that Push College Ambassadors would be integrated into the Push India Ambassadors Program, marking the end of the separate college initiative. We welcomed these new ambassadors and expressed excitement about the expanded synergy.

  • Introduction of Ambassador Awards: We introduced Ambassador Awards for the first time, recognizing top contributors in five categories:

  1. Best Meme Creator
  2. Best Video Creators
  3. Best Content Creator
  4. Most Tasks Completed (based on Zealy stats)
  5. Top Ambassador of This Iteration (based on total points from weekly rankings)

  • To ensure transparency and fairness, the voting process was open to everyone for the Best Meme Creator, Best Video Creators, and Best Content Creator categories. For the Most Tasks Completed category, the winner was determined using Zealy statistics. As for the Top Ambassador of This Iteration, it was calculated by awarding points each week for the top 3 ambassadors (3 points for 1st place, 2 points for 2nd, and 1 point for 3rd). After 11 weeks, the total points were summed up to declare the winner.

    The winners were:
    Best Meme Creator: Dhatri Sahu
    Best Video Creators: Fanibhushan Sahu & Rajdeep Singha
    Best Content Creator: Gautam Raj
    Most Tasks Completed: Tripti Sahu
    Top Ambassador of This Iteration: Himanshu Kumar Sahu

    All the winners were congratulated for their exceptional work, and the process was designed to be fully transparent, ensuring everyone could track the progress and see how winners were chosen.

  • Closing and Wishes: We expressed our gratitude to all the ambassadors for their dedication and commitment throughout the year, reinforcing the collective efforts that make Push Protocol India a thriving community.

By incentivizing Ambassadors engagement and recognizing the contributions of its members, it fosters a strong and motivated community.
