Strategy

Goal: To create educational and technical content about Push Protocol and highlight its integration benefits for projects.

How Did We Achieve This?

  1. Push Chain Promotion Efforts: We actively promoted the Push Chain proposal by:
  • Crafting a detailed Twitter thread explaining its features.
  • Creating a meme related to Push Chain.
  • Publishing a comprehensive blog post titled “Introducing Push Chain: The Future of Consumer-Centric Blockchain.”
  • To expand our reach, we translated Push Protocol’s content (blogs, banners, Twitter threads) into multiple languages.
  1. Governance Call Participation: We participated in weekly Governance Calls, actively encouraging the Indian community to join. Below is the attendance list of ambassadors who attended these sessions.
  2. X Spaces Engagement: We engaged in X Spaces, urging the Indian community to participate. Below is the attendance list of ambassadors who joined these discussions.

  1. Push Chain Knowledge Base Update: The Push India Notion page will soon be updated with a Push Chain Knowledge Base by Sumith.
  2. Upcoming X Spaces Events: We have planned to host four upcoming X Spaces, covering:
    • Interviewing the DevCon Scholars & The World of Hackathons (Our first session, scheduled on 28th February 2025).
    • Introduction to Push Chain
    • Interaction with Push DAO
    • Push Ambassadors’ Journey

Next Steps:

We will initiate the development of a Push Chain tutorial video task, inspired by the success of our Push Points Program tutorial task. This initiative was suggested by Carla.

2. Governance

Goal: To ensure effective decision-making that benefits the collective good and maintains harmony within the community.

How Did We Achieve This?

  1. Participation in the Governance Call: We actively participated in governance calls to stay updated and contribute to discussions that shape the direction of Push Protocol.

  2. Engagement Metrics:
    Governance Call Attendance: 84%

  3. Push Ambassadors Weekly Sync-up Call: Every Tuesday at 7:30 PM IST, we share updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment across the team.

  4. Participation in the Push Governance Forum: We contributed to discussions, providing input on proposals and amplifying the community’s voice.

HR & Talent

Goal: To maintain teamwork and results orientation, while ensuring spaces for vulnerability, feedback, and collaboration.

How Did We Achieve This?

  1. Push Ambassadors Weekly Sync-up Call: Every Tuesday at 7:30 PM IST, we held calls to stay connected, share updates, and align on ongoing projects.

  2. Ambassador Weekly Call Participation: Ambassadors actively joined weekly calls and submitted screenshots to ensure engagement and commitment to initiatives.

KPIs

  • Documentation of Meetings: We documented all our meetings to keep track of discussions, decisions, and action items for future reference.

  • Team Motivation and Performance: We regularly discussed strategies to motivate the team, improve effectiveness, and maintain a productive workflow.

  • 1:1 Call with Ambassadors: Gautam and I conducted 1:1 calls with ambassadors to address their doubts, ensuring better clarity, comfort, and inclusivity.

Financials

Goal: To maintain transparency in the SubDAO’s operations.

How Did We Achieve This?

  • Continuous Updating of Ambassador Contribution Results: We regularly updated the results of ambassador contributions to ensure transparency in reward distribution.

KPIs

  • Financial Report: A detailed report outlining the rewards distributed to each contributor was maintained for full transparency.

Marketing & Growth

Goal: To maintain a consistent and engaging presence across social media platforms while promoting Push Protocol’s services and community initiatives through Push Protocol India accounts.

How Did We Achieve This?

  • Tweet: Daily tweet posts by the ambassadors on the latest Push topics.
  • Thread: Daily thread posts by the ambassadors on the latest Push topics.
  • Reddit: Weekly Reddit posts by the ambassadors on the latest Push topics.
  • Blog: Weekly blog posts on Medium/Hashnode by the ambassadors covering the latest Push topics.
  • Translated Blogs: Weekly translated blogs by the ambassadors on the latest Push topics.
  • Translated Twitter Threads: Weekly translated Twitter threads by the ambassadors on the latest Push topics.
  • YouTube Tutorials: Ten ambassadors created tutorial videos on the Push Points Program. We simplified and shared the best tutorial video on the X account of Push Protocol India.
  • Meme Creation: Daily meme posts by the ambassadors on the latest Push topics.
  • Discord Support: Most ambassadors provide ongoing support in the Push Chain Discord.
  • Maintenance of Push Protocol India Twitter Account: We have been managing the Push Protocol India Twitter account more effectively than before, ensuring daily posts, shoutouts to ambassadors for their contributions, and quote tweets on Push Chain and Push DAO updates. Our efforts have significantly enhanced engagement and visibility.
  • Engagement Metrics:
    • 10% growth in followers.
    • Weekly impressions exceeding 2K.

Tech

Goal: To collaborate in the growth of Push Protocol as a product.

How Did We Achieve This?

  • Report Updates and Bugs: We reported any updates or bugs to the Push Chain development team to ensure the product’s continued improvement.

Push India Ambassadors Onboarding Call ( Iteration 6)

The Push India Ambassadors Onboarding Call (Iteration 6) was held to welcome new members into the Push Chain ecosystem. This session helped new ambassadors understand Push Chain, their roles, and how they can contribute effectively.

Highlights of the Session:

  • We successfully onboarded 11 new ambassadors, including 4 college ambassadors who have transitioned from the Push College Program to the Push India Ambassador Program.
  • The session gave everyone a clear understanding of Push Chain and the ambassador program.
  • We walked through the tasks, roles, and tools available on the Zealy platform.

Warm Welcome:

  • The session started with a warm and friendly greeting for everyone.
  • We introduced each new ambassador and gave special recognition to the college ambassadors.

Introduction to Push Chain:

  • We shared details about Push Chain, its mission, and how it aims to change the blockchain world.
  • We explained the important role that ambassadors play in promoting and growing Push Chain.

Ambassador Teams and Roles:

  • We discussed the structure of the ambassador program, including the different teams and roles available.
  • Emphasis was placed on the importance of teamwork and working together to grow the community.

Tasks and To-Dos:

  • We listed some of the first tasks and goals for ambassadors to begin contributing right away.
  • We encouraged involvement in governance, content creation, and community activities.

Zealy Tutorial:

  • We gave a simple walkthrough of how to use the Zealy platform, showing how to claim tasks, submit work, and track progress.

Ambassador Cards:

  • We introduced personalized ambassador cards as a way of recognizing each ambassador’s role and contribution to the program.

Q&A and Feedback:

  • We held a Q&A session where ambassadors could ask questions and get clarifications.
  • Ambassadors were encouraged to share their thoughts and suggestions on how the program could be improved.

Conclusion and Next Steps:

  • The onboarding session was successful in providing clear guidance and structure for Iteration 6.
  • Next steps include:
    • Regular check-ins and mentorship to support ambassadors.
    • Continuous improvement of the program based on feedback from the ambassadors.

Some suggestions:
Use KPI and Observer Metrics to keep the information condensed, because if we are on rush, we need to read the whole post to see if needs to be analyzed, so start with something stronger and attractive with your numbers and achievements and we are going to continue reading.

Here are some key points to consider:

  • We have been anticipating the need to present KPIs using graphs and other more visually appealing formats.
  • It is not necessary to include each ambassador’s attendance at events in the report, but rather the overall participation percentage. To ensure accuracy, it will be important to continue tracking attendance and only approve participation on Zealy as super moderators for those ambassadors who have completed at least 75% of the activity (e.g., if an event lasts one hour, the ambassador should have participated for at least 45 minutes).
  • Regarding engagement metrics, it would be useful here to include highlighted links to posts on Twitter, Medium, etc. (e.g., campaigns related to the Push Point Program). Additionally, these engagement metrics should be managed from the Push India Twitter account, as I’ve mentioned in previous reports.
  • For March, we will create activities for ambassadors related to tutorial creation on Push Chain Public Devnet and SDK.
