Milestones Achieved
We built an AI notification engine that helps our customers create Taylor-made easy notifications and schedule them to be sent out automatically. Before, users had to come up with their own ideas and type the notifications themselves; with the help of this new tool, with only 3 words and a click, customers can schedule and send out notifications very easily.

Metrics Impacted
Before implementing this feature we were sending out an average of 4,000 notifications a month. Now, during the first 2 weeks of usage, there have been more than 5,500 notifications scheduled and ready to be sent out.
Current Status and Next Steps
The next step for our notification system is to automatically send out notifications for certain activities inside the app, so if a user makes their 10th visit to a place, we want to be able to notify them automatically through a notification, or if they become the customer with most points in a certain establishment, we can notify them automatically as well.
