4. Are you part of Push DAO/Community? What is your role?
Yes, I am an active part of the Push DAO and community. I’ve been actively involved in the Push community for nearly a year, building strong connections and contributing to its growth as a Push Ambassador for India.
I’ve managed the Push India Zealy account for ten months, handling submissions, solving issues, and running weekly sync-up calls. As a Super Moderator, I track attendance, encourage inactive ambassadors, and help the team work smoothly. I also onboard new ambassadors for the Push Ambassadors India Chapter, conducting their first meeting to guide them through the program. I ensure they understand how Zealy works, the rewards system, and how to complete their tasks effectively. Additionally, I hold one-on-one calls with ambassadors to address concerns and build a stronger sense of community.
5. Have you previously voted on a Push DAO governance proposal? List them.
Yes, I have actively participated in Push DAO governance by voting on key proposals, such as
- Push Delegate Program
- Event Guidelines Proposal
6. Why do you consider yourself fit for this role? What relevant skills and experiences do you have?
I consider myself a strong fit for this role due to my extensive experience in community management, leadership, and active contribution to the Push ecosystem. As a Push India Super Moderator, I have managed the Zealy account for ten months, resolving issues, reviewing submissions, and conducting weekly sync-ups to ensure smooth operations. I have consistently ranked among the top ambassadors in the Indian Hub, fostering engagement and onboarding new members effectively. Additionally, my dedication to creating impactful content and providing high-quality feedback on proposals ensures I can meet and exceed the expectations of a delegate.
7. What is the biggest challenge with Push DAO governance, and how would you solve it?
The biggest challenge with Push DAO governance is balancing short-term actions with long-term goals. Sometimes, decisions focus too much on quick fixes or immediate results, which can make it harder to stay on track with the bigger vision of growing and improving the ecosystem over time. To solve this, I would suggest creating clear guidelines to separate short-term and long-term proposals. For example, we could have separate discussions for ideas that bring quick benefits and those that build for the future. This way, we can make sure short-term actions don’t harm long-term progress and keep everyone focused on the DAO’s larger mission.
8. What is your favorite thing about Push DAO?
Push DAO’s focus on decentralization and community-driven governance is what truly stands out to me. By giving every member a voice in the decision-making process, it empowers individuals to shape the future of the protocol. This transparent and inclusive approach fosters a strong sense of ownership and collaboration, ensuring that the community’s collective wisdom drives the evolution of Push Protocol. It’s a unique model in the Web3 space that prioritizes the values of decentralization and active participation.
