In this report, you will find a summary of the goals set and the metrics achieved, as well as the outcomes of the events organized and participated in the month of November by Ambassadors Latam.

Strategy

Goal: Educational & technical content about Push Protocol, showing the benefits of integration in projects.

How to achieve it?

  • Every week we share our section “Hoy En Web3” highlighting the most relevant news of the ecosystem. Mentioning projects and inviting our community to participate and share information.
  • We hosted an XSpace with the UCAB Academy to talk about their Blockchain diploma program.
  • We also held an XSpace with various communities to discuss how they were preparing for the global ETH hackathon in Bangkok.
  • Additionally, we organized a Workshop to support the Spanish-speaking community in learning about the bounties offered by Push Protocol at ETHGlobal Bangkok and explained SDK implementations
  • We were active sharing all the information about the Push Point Rewards Program for the entire LATAM community. Encouraging the use of the Push dApp so that more people can interact and earn points.
  • We were part of the weekly Governance calls and invited the Spanish community to join.

KPI´s

X space "Impulsa tu futuro profesional: Conoce sobre el Diplomado Blockchain "

  • We discussed the importance of this diploma program for Latin America, emphasizing the collaboration with specialists from each project and protocol, as well as our involvement in the program. The diploma coordinators shared the syllabus and introduced the mentors who will teach each topic, along with the requirements for enrolling in the program, the outcomes participants can expect upon completion, and the benefits offered to the developer community.

X space “Super Space: Post DEVCON SEA”

  • We spoke with members of several Latin American communities who attended the DEVCON event prior to the ETHGlobal hackathon in Bangkok. They shared their experiences, how they obtained their scholarships, and offered advice for those looking to apply for a scholarship in the future. Additionally, we discussed the bounties offered by Push Protocol and how they could incorporate them into their ideas.
  • Connection with communities: CriptoUnam, ETHMexico, HerDaoMexico, HerDaoPeru, Space4build.

Youtube Live “Workshop: Construye con Push Protocol en ETHGlobal Bangkok”

  • Live from our channel @PushEnEspanol we had session for an hour where Luis and Yedid as ambassadors, dictated 1 tech classes for the entire Push En Español community and for Builders interested in understanding and implementing Push tools.
    In this session, we explained each of the bounties listed on the ETHGlobal website. We also showcased Wallet Tracker and demonstrated how to quickly implement Push’s SDK.
  • 86 views approx in a period of 3 weeks.

Governance

Goal: In order to maintain harmony and effectiveness in decision-making that benefits the common good.

How to achieve it?

  • Proposal incubation on Discord
  • Quick decision-making in the Office Hours meeting (every Wednesday at 8 PM UTC)
  • Participation in the Push Governance Forum
  • Participation in the Governance Call

KPI´s

  • Participation of the entire Latam Ambassadors team in the monthly meeting with the Push DAO team.
  • This month, the PM transition was completed to ensure continuity in the ambassadors’ contributions and to project the results to the DAO through the Zealy platform.
  • A proposal was submitted for participation in Jalisco Talent Land 2025 to onboard new developers and marketing experts into Web3 and introduce them to Push Protocol’s tools.
  • It was agreed that, despite the pause in the ambassador program, some relevant tweets would still be posted to keep the X account, Medium, and YouTube channels active.
  • Additionally, it was decided that Luis and Yedid would teach an 8-hour class as part of the UCAB Academy Blockchain diploma program in January 2025, with each teaching 4 hours.

HR & Talent

Goal: Maintaining teamwork and results orientation, ensuring spaces for vulnerability, feedback, and collaboration.

How to achieve it?

  • Office hours on Wednesdays
  • Keep the conversation async on Discord and Notion

KPI´s

  • Documentation of our meetings.
  • Team motivation, effectiveness and performance was low for various personal reasons. Decreased compared to previous months.
  • Due to changes made in Push Protocol ambassador hubs, our management and activity system had a change. It has been the first month of adaptation to a new platform. In addition, going through different communication challenges. The team has been positive and open to use tools to improve this process of change.
  • The ambassador hub was adapted to register tasks in Zealy, and the new PM proposed using the Trello platform as a support tool to coordinate the weekly tasks assigned to each ambassador and to maintain a tracking system similar to what was previously done in Notion.

Financials

Goal : Keep transparency in the SubDAO’s operations.

How to achieve it?

  • Effective treasury management.
  • Continuous updating of ambassador contribution results

KPI´s

Financial report with the result of rewards per contributor

Marketing & Growth

Goals:

  • Maintenance of Push en Español Twitter account (removing followers and following quality accounts).
  • Content creation in line with the social media strategy.

How to achieve it?

  • Traffic report social media
  • X Spaces, YouTube Lives, and other activities with partners.
  • Recurrent account maintenance task, active monitoring of news in the ecosystem.
  • Planning of content creation: Weekly content creation strategies with the bounty scheme. Consider the availability of the team.

KPI´s

In October, we don’t have an exact data of the followers, since, X as Metricool share that data with us and for that we need a Premium plan.

Twitter

Youtube

  • In November, we published a Workshop led by our ambassadors to support those hacking at ETHGlobal.
  • Our videos were viewed 101 times, accumulating approximately 7.2 hours of watch time, and we gained 3 new subscribers.

Medium

In October, we published 5 articles.

Reddit:

  • This month, we did not publish any post on this platform; pending access to the new account for analytics

TikTok:

  • This month, we did not publish any videos on this platform; it has received 5 profile view, 2 likes, 478 publication views.

Tech

Goal: Collaborate in the growth of Push Protocol as a product.

How to achieve it?

  • Report updates and bugs to the Push Protocol development team.
  • Looking for new partnerships for business development in the region

KPI´s

Bug tracker data. Two reports are still pending resolution, one from August and the other from September.
