July report - Push ambassadors LATAM

In this report, you will find a summary of the goals set and the metrics achieved, as well as the outcomes of the events organized and participated in the month of July by Ambassadors Latam.

Strategy

Goal: Educational & technical content about Push Protocol, showing the benefits of integration in projects.

How to achieve it?

  • Our goal for this month, aligned with our social media strategy, was to boost our presence across all our social channels. We also aimed to promote all alphas and announcements from the Push Protocol and Push DAO accounts.
  • We wanted to maintain a consistent, interactive, and engaged presence in Push DAO activities.
  • We aimed to promote, track, and structure our educational program: Road to the Buildathon, across our social media platforms and the Push Discord’s LATAM channel.

KPI´s
Youtube Live “Road to the buildathon”

  • Live from our channel @PushEnEspanol we had 4 sessions once a week for an hour where Carla, Luis and Yedid as ambassadors, dictated 4 classes both non-tech and tech for the entire Push En Español community and for Builders interested in understanding and implementing Push tools.

    In the sessions were explained from the basics: what is a buildathon, a hackathon, what is Push, the explanation of the protocol products, how to create a notification channel Staging environment, Push chat Staging & Mainnet environment, Push Notifications implementation explanation, Push technology use cases and Push chat implementation.

  • 41 views approx in a period of 4 weeks.

Implementation of our new social media strategy for all social media accounts.

Next steps

  • Coordinate the presence of our Latam ambassadors in Ethereum Mexico, as they will be attending as well as being speakers. To be able to leave our Push footprint in the event and side events.
  • Build our website together with the Solow Crypto community.
  • Continuing to improve the performance of our social media content
  • Search for new ambassadors for LATAM.

Governance

Goal: In order to maintain harmony and effectiveness in decision-making that benefits the common good.

How to achieve it?

  • Proposal incubation on Discord
  • Quick decision-making in the Office Hours meeting (every Wednesday at 8 PM UTC)
  • Participation in the Push Governance Forum
  • Participation in the Governance Call

KPI´s

  • Participation of the entire Latam Ambassador team in the monthly meeting with the Push DAO team.
  • Interaction of all LATAM ambassadors with comments and votes on the proposal Push Ambassador Guidelines v1
  • Presentation of two members of the Push LATAM ambassador team. José and Luis
  • Internal discussion to define details on NFTs to be delivered by Push En Español team.
  • Quick vote of the Push LATAM ambassadors team to add a 4th full code class for the “Road to the buildathon” educational program.
  • Participation of at least 2 ambassadors in the Governance Call.
  • Participation of at least 2 ambassadors in the first session of the Onboarding Program.
  • Participation of at least 2 ambassadors in the Demo Thursday session.

Next step

KPI´s

  • Documentation of our meetings
  • The motivation and effectiveness of the team, despite being few in number, is increasing every month.
  • Worked as a team giving modifications and feedback for the Push Ambassador Guidelines v1 proposal, evaluating the pros and cons.
  • Worked as a team for the educational program “Road to the buildathon”, enhancing each of the strengths and skills of each team member to obtain excellent results in the program.
  • Coordination of the ambassadors team with the Solow Cripto team in order to organize, plan and create our website together.
  • We are preparing for the closing of the 2nd season of Push en Español by coordinating the flexible roles that each ambassador will assume.

Next step

  • Having clear objectives and strengths of each team member, focus will be made to promote activities where each one performs activities according to their selection.

The articles published in July accounted for 22% of our blog traffic and 31% of the articles read during the month. The remaining 68% of blog traffic and 69% of article reads came from search results, where we appear thanks to our consistent monthly publications.

Happy to see July results, especially in the educational sector.

I have some questions:

  • Is it possible to get an estimate of total Road to the Buildathon program participants and number of Twitter mentions related to the program?
  • The views for the Road to the Buildathon program on Youtube, do they refer to a single video or to all four videos combined?
  • Could the next report include a table that covers all the social media networks managed by Push en Español, the content published (with links), and relevant metrics? This would replace the descriptive analysis with a visual one that can be compared month by month. I imagine that even the graphs from the original platforms could be incorporated.
  • How much did the Twitter follower base grow compared to the previous month? I couldn’t find this information.
  • Could the link to the table of technical issues reported by our team be added?

Recommendations:

  • It would be beneficial to add links to the new channels created for partners, such as the MKT Community channel.
  • I think it’s very positive to onboard new Latam ambassadors to double down on efforts for initiatives that have been on standby, like activating the Instagram account, Push 101 videos, updating technical issues identified by ambassadors or reported by users, etc.
  • As requested in the previous report, it will be necessary to quantify the contributions made by each ambassador. I.e.: 4 support virtual workshops, 5 Push Latam Office Hours meetings, etc.

Regarding your questions:

  • We can estimate around 12 participants. In the channel created for the program “Camino buildathon”, we have a total of 10 subscribers. Also, in each session, we gave out POAPs only to attendees of the live classes. I’m sharing each POAP here where you can see the quantity and mints:

  • Yes, no problem. We can create that table as we’ve been doing in the traffic report social media., but it’s been shared privately. The platform’s graphs are already included. Something to consider: Due to the changes in the X platform, they can’t be obtained unless we have a premium account, and it’s also not possible to get them through Metricool, so we’re quite limited both for the graphs and for getting all the links to the tweets made during the month.

  • The growth can be seen in the metrics table. But I’ll mention that compared to last month, we gained 18 new followers.
