Strategy

Goal: Educational & technical content about Push Protocol, showing the benefits of integration in projects.

How to achieve it?

  • Our goal for this month, aligned with our social media strategy, was to boost our presence across all our social channels. We also aimed to promote all alphas and announcements from the Push Protocol and Push DAO accounts.
  • Support and disseminate information about the Ethereum Uruguay event.
  • Conduct the Workshop for the Ethereum Uruguay event.
  • To promote Push En Español’s featured Push Builders in the BRB Bootcamp program.
  • Posting content on Twitter #PushEnEspanol101.
  • Celebrating being ChannelOfTheWeek with our Push En Espanol Channel
  • Community partners of the free Solow Crypto community event “Como dar tu proximo paso en cripto con Solow”

KPI´s
Diffusion of Ethereum Uruguay event

  • X spaces to tell more details about the event. With an audience of +20 people. Due to problems with the social network, we can not download the details, however, in the poap delivered +21 people made mint.
  • X Space’s reach was +340 views
  • In our “Hoy en Web3” section we mentioned Push Procotol as a sponsor and invited you to register for the Buildathon.

Workshop Ethereum Uruguay

  • Announcement of the start of the event and the Push Protocol workshop “Improving usability in web3”.

Push Builders in the BRB Bootcamp

  • Creation of written content in Blog and X Thread commenting on the experience of 2 Push Builder during the BRB Bootcamp. In addition, a #PushTalk interview from our Youtube channel, to expand and connect even more with the Push community in Spanish.

ChannelOfTheWeek with our Push En Espanol Channel

  • We organized a campaign to increase followers and reward the loyalty of the community that had already Opt-In to the channel by giving away a Poap to celebrate being the #ChannelOfTheWeek.

Implementation of our new social media strategy for all social media accounts.

Next steps

  • Build our website together with the Solow Crypto community.
  • Create the campaign for the search of 2 new ambassadors for LATAM.

Goal: In order to maintain harmony and effectiveness in decision-making that benefits the common good.

How to achieve it?

  • Proposal incubation on Discord
  • Quick decision-making in the Office Hours meeting (every Wednesday at 8 PM UTC)
  • Participation in the Push Governance Forum
  • Participation in the Governance Call

KPI´s

  • Participation of the entire Latam Ambassador team in the monthly meeting with the Push DAO team.
  • Internal discussion on the number of ambassadors to host and co-host activities. Maintaining 2 to have good practices and distribution of resources.
  • Team coordination and discussion to ask for the budget for the Ethereum Mexico event.
  • Internal discussion about making and sharing a Form with the community where they can anonymously express all their needs, interests, doubts or contributions.
  • Internal discussion about asking for a new budget for the Push Builders Latam detail.
  • Internal discussion on new ambassadors campaign.
  • Application to a Grant - Diploma in web3 and Blockchain programming

Next steps

  • Update of our metrics for the 2nd season and planning for their publication in the Push governance forum
  • Publish monthly reports in the governance forum.
  • Continue to be an active contributor to Push DAO activities.
  • Expect and be proactive in collaborating, supporting and assisting with the changes approved in the proposed Push Ambassador Guidelines v1 for ambassador hubs.

**Goal:**Goal: Maintaining teamwork and results orientation, ensuring spaces for vulnerability, feedback, and collaboration

How to achieve it?

KPI´s

  • Documentation of our meetings
  • The motivation and effectiveness of the team, despite being few in number, is increasing every month.
  • Worked as a team to make the workshop video for the Ethereum Uruguay event, enhancing skills in video development and editing.
  • Teamwork for the interview in the Youtube channel to know the experience of our 2 Push Builder in Latam participating in the BRB Bootcamp.
  • Coordination of the ambassadors team to evaluate profiles of the databases we have from previous campaigns to add new ambassadors to the program.
  • Team work to plan and organize different tasks for the presentation and representation of ambassadors in the Ethereum Mexico event.

Next steps

  • Having clear objectives and strengths of each team member, focus will be made to promote activities where each one performs activities according to their selection.
  • Coordinate and organize the campaign for the new LATAM ambassadors program.
  • To increase the work pace and momentum to empower the different areas, connect with new communities, create more channels and implement more Push Protocol tools in the region.

Marketing & Growth

Goal:

  • Maintenance of Push en Español Twitter account (removing followers and following quality accounts).
  • Content creation in line with the social media strategy.

How to achieve it?

  • Recurrent account maintenance task, active monitoring of news in the ecosystem
  • Planning of content creation: Weekly content creation strategies with the bounty scheme. Consider the availability of the team

KPI´s

  • In August, we gained 49 followers and lost 34, Achievement of 699 followers on X (15), Increasing by 2.19% compared to the previous month.

Twitter / X:

YouTube:

  • In August, we published a video and engaged with the Push LATAM community through two live streams.
  • In the first, we conducted an extra workshop, “Road to the Buildathon,” to deepen learning about Push Chat for builders interested in the Ethereum Uruguay Buildathon and in using this Push tool.
  • In the second live stream, we hosted our first Push Talk, featuring a lively conversation with Latin American students who stood out in the BRB Bootcamp.
    We created a video to help builders discover the power of exclusivity with Push: Token Gated Group Chat.
  • Our videos were viewed 188 times, accumulating approximately 18.3 hours of watch time, and we gained 8 new subscribers.

Medium:

In August, we published 6 articles.

  • A highlight was the article featuring original content on “Latam Builders Achieve Outstanding Performance at the Push BRB Bootcamp,” which went viral.
  • As a result of this viral success, the articles published in August accounted for 70% of our blog traffic and 84.21% of the articles read during the month. The remaining 30% of blog traffic and 15.79% of article reads come from search results, SEO, where we appear thanks to our consistent monthly publications.

The three most-read articles published this month are:

From Push en Español, we are making progress in transparency towards the community, and that is wonderful.

Congratulations to Push en Español for being the Push Channel of the Week for the first week of August.

Additionally, I want to recognize the Latam ambassadors who supported me in promoting and developing Road to the Buildathon, an educational program that I enjoyed greatly and is available on YouTube for the entire Spanish-speaking community, where they can learn how to implement Push Notifications and Push Chat. This ended with virtual mentoring sessions for the participants of the Ethereum Uruguay buildathon, which featured projects implementing Push and other projects interested in our Grants Program.

  • What do you think is the reason for the loss of followers on the Twitter account? Are new strategies being evaluated to engage the community and achieve the 5% increase in the follower base that has been proposed?

It was great to be able to create the whole campaign for Ethereum Uruguay and the educational program was amazing.

Regarding queries:

  • Sure, I already edit and add the videos of the Road to the Buildathon program.
  • To the loss of followers, it’s probably the type of content that was not so interactive. That point, is one of the ones we are evaluating to implement, connect with the community and have more educational spaces.
  • Oh! I didn’t notice that detail, you can now access the links without any inconvenience.
