Strategy

Goal: Educational & technical content about Push Protocol, showing the benefits of integration in projects

How to achieve it?

  • The focus this month wasto fine-tune the social media strategy for all social media accounts. about Push Protocol. Also diffuse all alphas and official announcements of the protocol and the DAO.
  • Be constant and interactive with Push DAO activities.
  • Share educational proposal (diploma in web3 and blockchain programming) in the governance forum.

Goal: In order to maintain harmony and effectiveness in decision-making that benefits the common good.

How to achieve it?

  • Proposal incubation on Discord
  • Quick decision-making in the Push LATAM Office Hours meeting (every Wednesday at 8 PM UTC)
  • Participation in the Push Governance Forum
  • Participation in the Governance Call

KPI´s

  • Participation in the first monthly meeting with the Push DAO team
  • Proposal shared Diploma in Web3 and Blockchain programming in the Push Governance Forum
  • Interaction of all LATAM ambassadors with comments and votes on the proposal Push Ambassador Guidelines v1
  • Presentation of a member of the Push LATAM ambassador team.
  • Internal discussion to issue a second written warning to Lucila for continued intermittency, as well as absence from assigned tasks and lack of communication.
  • Quick vote of the Push ambassadors LATAM team for Lucila’s exit from the program.

HR & Talent

Goal: Maintaining teamwork and results orientation, ensuring spaces for vulnerability, feedback, and collaboration

How to achieve it?

  • Office hours on Wednesdays
  • Keep the conversation async on Discord and Notion

KPI´s

  • Documentation of our meetings
  • The team’s motivation and effectiveness has started to improve this month.
  • Worked as a team giving modifications and feedback for the educational proposal on the Diploma Web3 and Blockchain.
  • Due to continuous intermittency, absence from assigned tasks and lack of communication. After 2 written warnings and a vote by the team, the decision was made that Lucila will not continue in the LATAM ambassador program.
  • We are preparing for the closing of the 2nd season of Push en Español by coordinating the flexible roles that each ambassador will assume

Next step

  • New roles will be designated according to skills, strengths and interests of the team to improve performance.
  • Coordinate the roles and skills required for new people in the LATAM ambassador program.
  • Creation of the educational program “Road to the buildathon”.

Financials

Goal: Keep transparency in the SubDAO’s operations. In our ambassadors hub, we work by contributions made by each member of the group. Each week (epoch) of the month, various activities are placed on a board to enhance the skills and capabilities of each one

Marketing & Growth

Goals:

  • Maintenance of Push en Español Twitter account (removing followers and following quality accounts)
  • Evaluate and make the new social media strategy for all social media accounts
  • Content creation in line with the social media strategy

How to achieve it?

  • Traffic report social media
  • X Spaces, YouTube Lives, and other activities with partners
  • Recurrent account maintenance task, active monitoring of news in the ecosystem
  • Planning of content creation: Weekly content creation strategies with the bounty scheme. Consider the availability of the team

Next steps

Improve the processes related to reporting and analysis on social media:

Present the Push DAO with options for tools that facilitate the automatic collection of metrics from various social media platforms

  • Twitter:
    Continued maintenance of the Twitter account, increasing the number of followers by 10%
    New collaborations with Push Frens through spaces that we will be doing 2 on a monthly basis.

    We will talk about:

    Push: The brand/services/benefits (40%).

    Our community: Programs/social campaigns/workshops (50%).

    Web3: Playful content (10%).

    We will launch the marketing campaign for the blockchain diploma program at Andrés Bello Catholic University. This educational project will enable us to:

    • Have developers create their final projects using Push tools.
    • Achieve strong brand recognition for Push, as it will be one of the host projects of the diploma program at one of the leading universities in Venezuela and Latin America.
    • Gain significant visibility, interactions, and followers for Push Protocol on our social media accounts.
  • YouTube:

    We will publish the Road to Buildathon workshop series so that more people can learn to implement Push tools.

    We will publish a video about the Push Grant V3 program

  • Blog:

    Share more valuable technical content taking advantage of the addition of new dev ambassadors to the team.

    We will have a weekly publishing schedule in June, thanks to the improvements in planning and processes that we are currently working on.

  • Reddit:

    Create original technical and non-code content about Push Protocol tools.

  • TikTok:

    We will restructure our processes to resume publishing content adapted to this platform.

    We will publish 2 videos in July.

Happy to see the team’s synergy and the progress in this report @soymaferlopezp .

Without a doubt, the group is very active. I would love to review the participation of each ambassador in the DAO events, as well as their participation in governance activities in the next report. A DAO grows if we all participate in decision-making, and that only means being active on the forum and voting.

I also think the number of activities each ambassador did can be quantified, i.e.: attendance at 4 ambassador Latam office hours, creation of 1 governance forum proposal.

Finally, brand awareness and the amplification of all DAO activities and achievements, as well as those of the Push Protocol, are of utmost value. I recommend diversifying the content by reactivating all social media accounts of Push en Español.

I will take into account for the next report the remarks you leave about our contributions towards the DAO.
In reference to generating content in our other social networks, we are working on it.
