Strategy

Goal: Educational & technical content about Push Protocol, showing the benefits of integration in projects.

How to achieve it?

  • Our goal for this month, aligned with our social media strategy, was to boost our presence across all our social channels. We also aimed to promote all alphas and announcements from the Push Protocol and Push DAO accounts.
  • Support, collaborate with various communities and disseminate information about the Ethereum MĂ©xico event
  • Conduct the Workshop online “ImplementaciĂłn de Push” for the Frutal Web House Hackathon event of Open Web Academy and Frutero Club.
  • Conduct a on-site workshop on Push Protocol tools at the Universidad del Software in MĂ©xico together with Open web Academy.
  • Represent and Pitch on Push Protocol at the Side Event prior to the Ethereum Mexico event “Blockchain Talks & Dinner: Mujeres que transforman”.
  • We were part of the Side Event at the Ethereum Mexico preview at the “5to encuentro de comunidades de Open Web”
  • We created the Push Reward Points Program campaign strategy for the Push Ambassadors Latam hub.
  • We strategized the new ambassadors campaign for the Push Ambassadors Latam hub.

Next steps

  • Build our website together with the Solow Crypto community.
  • Execute the campaign for the search of 2 new ambassadors for LATAM.

Governance

Goal: In order to maintain harmony and effectiveness in decision-making that benefits the common good.

How to achieve it?

  • Proposal incubation on Discord
  • Quick decision-making in the Office Hours meeting (every Wednesday at 8 PM UTC)
  • Participation in the Push Governance Forum
  • Participation in the Governance Call

KPI´s

  • Participation of the entire Latam Ambassador team in the monthly meeting with the Push DAO team.
  • Internal discussion on the work strategy of the ambassador hubs to be more optimal, organized and have a better performance through campaigns. Efforts and focus on campaigns and projects (maximum 2) “stars” and in parallel bring original content and dissemination.
  • All agree to interview candidates selected by 3 ambassadors from our database. This, in order to be able to give the opportunity to people already interested in being LATAM ambassadors. In case of not being selected; we proceed to execute the new campaign.
  • Internal discussion on the non-renewal of the Notion tool. It was decided to use Charmverse to have all Push en Español documentation and important information.
  • The proposal for a Diploma in Web Programming3 was declined by the Grants Council.

Next steps

  • Update of our metrics for the 2nd season and planning for their publication in the Push governance forum
  • Publish monthly reports in the governance forum.
  • Continue to be an active contributor to Push DAO activities.
  • Initiate preparations for approved changes to the proposed Push Ambassador Guidelines v1 for ambassador hubs.

HR & Talent

Goal: Maintaining teamwork and results orientation, ensuring spaces for vulnerability, feedback, and collaboration.

How to achieve it?

KPI´s

  • Documentation of our meetings
  • The motivation and effectiveness of the team, had an upswing and a pause. In this month, efforts were greater due to the participation of ambassadors in face-to-face events, which led to higher energy consumption. However, work performance did not decrease and the quality was maintained.
  • Teamwork for the X Space activity to learn more about previous events and Ethereum Mexico itself. Connecting with various Mexican communities.
  • Teamwork for the realization of +10 designs for the merch that was sent to be delivered in all the events that were attended before and during Ethereum Mexico.
  • Teamwork for presentations and event preparation: “ImplementaciĂłn de Push” online workshop for Frutal Web House Hackathon. Workshop on Push Protocol tools at Universidad del Software in MĂ©xico, representation and pitch on how Push Protocol is in “Blockchain Talks & Dinner: Women who transform”, representation and pitch on how Push Protocol is in “5th meeting of Open Web communities”.

Next steps

  • Having clear objectives and strengths of each team member, the focus will be on promoting tasks where each one performs activities according to his or her abilities.
  • Once 5 candidates have been selected, interviews will be conducted to evaluate the profiles of the possible new ambassadors for the Push LATAM hub.
  • If candidates are not obtained in the interviews, execute the campaign for the new LATAM ambassadors program.
  • Increase the pace of work and momentum to empower the different areas, connect with new communities, create more channels and implement more Push Protocol tools in the region.

Goals:

  • Maintenance of Push en Español Twitter account (removing followers and following quality accounts).
  • Content creation in line with the social media strategy.

How to achieve it?

  • Traffic report social media
  • X Spaces, YouTube Lives, and other activities with partners.
  • Recurrent account maintenance task, active monitoring of news in the ecosystem.
  • Planning of content creation: Weekly content creation strategies with the bounty scheme. Consider the availability of the team.

In September, we gained 108 followers and lost 54, Achievement of 753 followers on X (54), Increasing by 7.73% compared to the previous month.

  • Our videos were viewed 56 times, accumulating approximately 0.9 hours of watch time, and we gained 1 new subscribers.

Congratulations to the Latam Ambassador team for their representation at Ethereum Mexico. They participated in several workshops and panels, showcasing Push Protocol at a high level. The DAO will continue to support activities like these that grow the ecosystem with projects built using our decentralized communication tools.

Additionally, to address the lack of progress on certain KPIs from the previous report, such as “build the Solow website”, I have led a series of interviews with ambassador candidates from our database. The goal is to onboard 2 or 3 new ambassadors to the team in the Q4.

I would like to highlight a few points from the report that would be ideal to clarify as you consider @soymaferlopezp :

  • Is there a public document for the Push Reward Points Program strategy campaign? Could you specify what kind of activities the campaign includes?
  • When is the publication of Q3 metrics planned?

We believe in you all and trust that the team’s progress review methodologies and coordination efforts are flexible, ensuring greater progress in future reports, especially in content creation for platforms like Medium and YouTube. Additionally, you will motivate new activities being added to Zealy, aligned with the DAO’s objectives and ambassador guidelines v1.

Great, it’s already in progress with the interviews to be able to have a vote of the whole team and add more ambassadors to continue driving all the KPIs and projects we have in mind.

Yes, of course.
I share with you the document sent to the Push team to evaluate the strategy for the Push Reward Points Program. It is based on creating eye-catching content to achieve impact and engagement of the Latam community to participate in the campaign.

In reference to the Q3 metrics, end of October - half of November, it has been a little complicated for me due to different personal issues, I hope to have it before.

Thank you, we are in the process of change, however, with the greatest willingness to continue to grow and bring both online and in person more content and activities for the Latam region.
