In this week’s governance call, we received several DAO updates and other forum updates.

DAO Council Updates.
The Push Meme Contest is now live on the Push DAO X account. We will be awarding three community members with up to $50 in prizes for creating the best meme around Push Protocol products. Contest ended on Friday.
We would like to once again congratulate the winners of the Push Delegate Program. We are super excited to start work with our new cohort of delegates. We will organize a Delegate Onboarding Session next year in January. And we will begin distributing the delegations after the onboarding session.
Push DAO Wrapped 2024 was recently shared on the Push DAO X account, check it out to see all the achievements and milestones by Push DAO in a short video format.
Push Points Program 
The Push Points Program is currently ongoing and is aimed at giving back to the community and devs who have supported Push every step of the way and helped us reach greater heights.
By participating in the points program, you can directly contribute to our growth and empower the Push Protocol vision.
This week we have a new channel subscription activity, i.e subscribing to a specific Push Channel. We are partnering with Rivo.xyz which is a DeFi platform that combines a multichain smart-contract wallet with a DeFi marketplace, providing easy access to earning with DeFi in just one click.

[Results] Push Delegate Program
The results of the Push Delegate Program were recently shared on the Push Governance forum, you can check out it now to see the methodology used for selecting the Delegates, as well as each Council members picks. Thank you once again to everyone who applied and congratulations to the winners.
November Report - Push Ambassadors (LATAM)
This report is a summary of the goals set and the metrics achieved, as well as the outcomes of the events organized and participated in the month of November by the LATAM Ambassador Hub. The report includes their strategy and KPls for the different verticals of the LATAM Ambassador Hub.
DAO Events + Community Highlights.
We had a Devcon recap where we were joined by all members of Push DAO who attended Devcon 7 SEA. Guests included Carla from the DAO Council, the Push DAO Devcon Scholars, and a number of Push Grantees. The recording of this space is now live on X.
This Thursday we had an X Space on how DePIN and DAOs transform our communities. The Push DAO Lead, lan spoke on a panel alongside guests from Hotspotty and Koii. The recording of this Space is now live on X

DAO Council Updates
We will reveal the winners of the recent Push Meme Contest this week. The rewards will be distributed within the next week.
Push DAO will officially be on break for the next two weeks, starting 23rd, December 2024, up until 6th, January 2025.
Voting is now open on snapshot for the creation and launch of Push Chain, a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) chain designed to enable developers to create universal applications and act as a shared settlement layer for numerous L1s, L2s, and L3s.

Push Chain Proposal
Push Chain is a shared-state Layer 1 blockchain built to support scalable consumer applications and universal apps. Utilizing Proof-of-Stake, it serves as a shared settlement layer across multiple L1s, L2s, and L3s, enabling seamless cross-chain transactions. With gas and wallet abstraction, it simplifies onboarding for web3 users and web2 newcomers alike.
The chain introduces consumer transactions, optimized for unordered, non-financial operations, enabling fast finality and scalability. Advanced features such as orderless blocks, parallel block execution, and dynamic sharding deliver unmatched efficiency, while a blockchain-agnostic architecture ensures compatibility across ecosystems.
Phase 1 establishes infrastructure for consumer-centric apps, including decentralized social platforms, gaming apps, utility services, and AI-based tools. It incorporates blockchain-agnostic wallet addresses, transaction support from any chain, fee abstraction, wallet abstraction, and Push ID for unified identity. Dynamic sharding and parallel validators ensure true scalability.
Phase 2 enables seamless interoperability through liquidity bridging, smart contract message passing, and cross-chain state access. Applications such as unified DEXs, cross-chain DeFi platforms, NFT trading, and interoperable Al agents emerge from this phase.
Phase 3 introduces universal smart contracts and a shared state, enabling a unified app experience by abstracting web? complexities. Users can seamlessly interact across chains with a single identity and simplified interfaces, unlocking the full potential of decentralized applications.
Push Chain’s phased development sets the foundation for a new era of scalable, user-friendly, and interoperable blockchain applications.
