Hello Push Fam!
This is the initial report on the Push Ambassador Website Report. I am creating a separate report as it is one of the most important projects by the ambassadors, for the ambassadors, and for the three hubs. This will serve as a reference for tracking all progress related to the Push Ambassador Website, ensuring transparency and continuity in the future.

Meeting Summary with Pranshu and Sumith ( 22/01/2025 )
In our meeting, we discussed how to build and populate the website with content.
Website Design & Structure:
- We agreed on a clean, easy-to-navigate design that reflects Push Chain’s mission and brand.
- The website will have separate pages for key sections: Landing Page, Ambassador HQ, Indian Hub, Crew, About Push DAO, and FAQ.
- It will be mobile-friendly and look great on desktops, tablets, and phones.
Content Creation & Organization:
- We decided to divide the work of creating content among the team:
- One team will write informative content .
- Another team will create visual content, such as designing sections like “Our Ambassadors” and the media gallery.
- We’ll keep sections like “Key Metrics & Impact” and “Achievements & Highlights” updated regularly.
Interactive Features:
- We want to add interactive features to make the site more engaging:
- A guide for “How to Join” the Ambassador program.
- A filterable gallery for the “Hall of Fame” and “Media Gallery.”
- A testimonial carousel to feature stories from Ambassadors.
Regional Focus:
- For the Ambassador HQ and Indian Hub sections, we’ll create content specific to each region (India, LATAM, Africa).
- Each region will have its own application form and event highlights.
Community Contributions:
- We agreed that showcasing content created by the community is important.
- We’ll create a submission portal where Ambassadors can submit their blogs, tweets, and videos for review and inclusion on the site.
Meeting with Push DAO (13/02/2025)
- Reviewed the Push website layout, which was created by me.
- Carla and Sixty provided their feedback and shared their perspectives on the design.
- Carla suggested incorporating a task related to the website development; however, we have decided not to include this task for the time being. The reason being that we do not yet have specific categories to measure contributions fairly. Without clear metrics, it could be unjust for those contributing more significantly but receiving the same recognition as others. Additionally, not all ambassadors are involved in this process. We’ve decided to leave the decision on tasks and rewards to Pranshu and Sumith for further discussion.
- The next meeting will be scheduled once the design phase is complete.
Project Timeline and Phases
The Push Ambassador Website development is divided into three phases, targeted for completion by the end of March 2025:
Phase 1: Content Phase (95% completed; target 100% by 25/02/2025)
- Content creation and structuring for all sections.
Phase 2: Design Phase (Ongoing)
- UI/UX design implementation.
Phase 3: Development Phase (To begin after 40% of the design phase is completed)
- Website functionality and coding execution.
Team Structure
-
Content Team: Himanshu (Lead) Ayush, Oishee, Vishwesh, Smit
-
Design Team: Fanibhushan (Lead), Tripti
-
Development Team: Gautam (Lead) , Anoy , Sourabh
This is the team working on the website. While all ambassadors are welcome to contribute, these ambassadors proactively stepped forward to take part. It was Pranshu and Sumith’s decision to include only those ambassadors who were willing to contribute, rather than involving everyone in the website development process.
