1. Introduction
The Push Chain Ambassador Program plays a crucial role in driving community engagement, governance participation, and outreach. To ensure efficiency and transparency, this proposal introduces standardized reporting templates that will be used across all three hubs (India, LATAM, and Africa).
Currently, a single ambassador is responsible for submitting report, which creates an excessive workload and limits the level of detail. To resolve this, we are restructuring the reporting process so that two ambassadors will now handle reporting responsibilities:
This ensures better accuracy, improved workload management, and detailed tracking of the ambassador program.
2. Standardized Reporting Structure
2.1 Why Standardized Templates?
Having a standard reporting format benefits the DAO, ambassadors, and the community in multiple ways:
- Ensures consistency across all hubs, making reports easier to compare and evaluate.
- Reduces ambiguity and improves transparency in ambassador contributions.
- Allows DAO leadership to track performance efficiently.
- Provides actionable insights for program improvement.
2.2 Roles of Reporting Ambassadors
Ambassador A: KPI & Performance Reporting
Responsible for compiling:
- Ambassador contributions (tasks completed, points earned, and ranking on Zealy).
- Task details (which tasks were completed, pending, and engagement levels).
- Future roadmap (next month’s goals, upcoming initiatives, and strategic improvements).
- Performance trends (growth in participation, key achievements, and task completion trends).
Ambassador B: Marketing & Finance Reporting
Responsible for documenting:
- Marketing outreach (number of posts, blogs, tweets, videos, and engagement metrics).
- Social media performance (followers gained, impressions, reach, and community discussions).
- Finance tracking (reward distribution and ambassador incentives).
- Next steps and improvements (adjustments to strategy, plans for increasing visibility).
3. Templates for Monthly Reports
3.1 Ambassador Hub KPI & Performance Report
3.2 Ambassador Hub Marketing & Finance Report Template
4. Implementation & Next Steps
This proposal aims to ensure structured reporting across all ambassador hubs. Moving forward, the following actions will be taken:
Adopt the new reporting templates across all hubs.
Assign two reporting ambassadors per hub for improved workload distribution.
Implement a review process to ensure high-quality, detailed reports.
With these improvements, ambassador reporting will be more effective, structured, and transparent, helping Push DAO drive engagement, governance participation, and ecosystem expansion.
