1. Continuous Improvement & Ambassador Growth
As the Project Manager for Zealy across all three hubs, I have actively engaged with ambassadors, held discussions with hub leaders (@soymaferlopezp and @yedidweb3), and collected valuable feedback through meetings and chats. My objective has been to continuously refine task structures, update descriptions, and enhance the overall program framework to ensure better engagement and efficiency.
This program exists for the ambassadors, and the goal is to create an environment where they can grow, contribute meaningfully, and be recognized for their efforts. Through ongoing refinements, leadership coordination, and structured feedback mechanisms, we strive to make the Ambassador Program more impactful and beneficial for both Push DAO and the ambassadors themselves.
I believe there is always room for improvement, and this guide serves as a living framework that will evolve based on feedback, data, and strategic growth initiatives. With the support of our ambassadors, we will build a transparent, effective, and scalable program that aligns with Push Chain’s long-term vision.
2. Introduction
The Push Chain Ambassador Program is designed to empower ambassadors across different regions to contribute to the growth of Push Chain. This guide establishes a uniform reporting structure for all ambassador hubs (India, LATAM, and Africa) to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous growth.
Ambassadors’ contributions are tracked on Zealy, where each hub has its dedicated dashboard for task management. Reports will be submitted following this guide to maintain consistency and allow leadership to measure program effectiveness.
Additionally, a Push Channel has been launched to provide public updates, details, and announcements regarding ambassador activities. This channel is open for community members to subscribe and stay informed.
A Push Ambassadors Website is also under development, which will showcase current and previous ambassadors, along with their contributions
3. Objectives of Reporting & Ambassador Program Growth
- Transparency: Ensure that contributions and tasks are documented properly for each hub.
- Growth-Oriented Approach: Utilize feedback and metrics to support ambassador development.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide structured insights for program improvements.
- Accountability: Ensure that every ambassador is recognized for their efforts.
- Community Engagement: Publicly share ambassador updates through the Push Channel.
- Governance Participation: Encourage and track ambassador involvement in Push DAO governance.
- Scalability: Create structured onboarding materials and documentation to help new ambassadors.
4. Reporting Structure & Accountability
To enhance accuracy, transparency, and workload distribution, each ambassador hub must now designate two ambassadors to handle reporting responsibilities instead of one. This restructuring ensures a higher level of detail in reports, minimizes reporting fatigue, and increases the accountability of the ambassador program.
4.1. What Are the Key Changes?
- Two dedicated reporting ambassadors per hub: Instead of a single ambassador handling all reporting, responsibilities are now divided between two ambassadors, ensuring higher accuracy and reduced workload.
- Separation of roles:
- Ambassador A (Performance & KPI Manager) will focus on individual ambassador achievements, task completion tracking, and governance participation, ambassador engagements and overall contributions.
- Ambassador B (Marketing & Finance Manager) will track social media engagement, marketing campaigns, and financial transparency.
- Yearly reporting thread: All hubs will now maintain a single, structured yearly thread for their reports, similar to the Push Weekly Governance Call Recap Thread (2025), making it easier to access past reports without searching multiple links.
- More detailed reporting expectations: Reports must now contain structured insights, covering individual and collective ambassador contributions, engagement metrics, financial transparency, and community-building initiatives.
4.2. Why This Change?
- Balanced Workload: The reporting process is time-intensive, requiring data collection, analysis, and compilation of insights. By dividing the responsibilities between two ambassadors, we ensure no single individual is overwhelmed with work.
- More Granular Data: One ambassador will focus on performance metrics and KPI tracking, while the other will analyze marketing efforts and financial transparency. This distinction allows each report to be more detailed, structured, and insightful.
- Enhanced Transparency & Documentation: With a structured reporting mechanism, DAO members and the community will be able to access well-documented reports under a single, organized yearly thread. This makes it easier to track historical reports and ensure program accountability.
- Stronger Decision-Making: By having two dedicated ambassadors working on different aspects of reporting, leadership and the DAO Council can make better-informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
4.3. Yearly Thread for Consistent Report Tracking
Each hub must create a dedicated yearly thread similar to the Push Weekly Governance Call Recap Thread (2025). This thread will serve as a repository for all monthly reports, ensuring that our community members can conveniently access historical reports without navigating through multiple links.
Both Ambassador A and Ambassador B will submit their respective reports under this single thread, enhancing organization, accessibility, and traceability of ambassador contributions.
- Ambassador A (Performance & KPI Manager) will track individual ambassador achievements, task completion metrics, and governance participation, ambassador engagements and overall contributions.
- Ambassador B (Marketing & Finance Manager) will focus on social media impact, community engagement, and financial transparency.
This dual-ambassador reporting structure ensures that all aspects of the ambassador program—from performance tracking to marketing outreach—are comprehensively analyzed and presented to the DAO and the community.
Key Benefits of the Updated Reporting Structure:
- Less workload per ambassador = higher efficiency.
- More detailed insights into program performance.
- Easier access to reports with a single structured thread.
- Greater transparency across all ambassador activities.
- More structured accountability within the ambassador program.
With this refined approach, we ensure that reporting becomes a powerful tool for improving the program, empowering ambassadors, and maintaining transparency within Push DAO.
4.4. Introduction to Monthly Reports
