I would love to see in the next one more details around hackathons, side events, workshops, talks, and all the participation in these amazing events,
with links so the reader can go to the content or post on socials to know/learn more about your work.
However, I would see the ROI, expenses, and participation with the small budget you receive from the DAO to support one side event and merch.

Thank you for the clear report @soymaferlopezp. As we discussed, transparency with the community is one of our defining characteristics.

I want to highlight the excellent educational work you’ve done with workshops and programs to onboard new people, as well as support builders and hackers.

Next Steps:

  • I would love to see this report edited to include links to the activities mentioned in each section, as well as photos, infographics if you consider it appropriate.
  • Reports are always a great indicator. Moving forward, I suggest evaluating the creation of content through a weekly content calendar, focusing on the primary platforms that support the hub’s purpose (Twitter, Medium, YouTube). Over the past semester, TikTok and Instagram channels have struggled to gain traction and don’t align as closely with the web3 industry.
  • In line with this, I recommend a thorough evaluation of the target audience, trends, and keywords to use for content creation. Campaigns like HoyEnWeb3 no longer seem relevant to the community.

In Q4 and early 2025, the ambassador program will be recharged and renewed with new ideas. I encourage everyone to always use the forum to discuss and validate any new ideas within the community.
