How long have you been involved in the Push Community.

Since late 2022, when I attended a talk about Push Protocol and became passionate about the project because it addresses a significant problem in the web3 ecosystem.

How long have you been involved as a Push ambassador, and in which hub.

I have been an ambassador for 16 months. I am part of the first cohort of ambassadors in the Latam hub, the cohort in which the Push Ambassador Program was launched.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?

My experience combines managerial, business, and team management skills, having worked as a manager and project manager in various technology projects, web development for B2B, and projects focused on delivering value in B2C. Additionally, my skills in automation and process control, acquired during my training as an electrical engineer, which I constantly use in project management.

These skills and experience have led me to achievements such as:

  • The best Solidity Course among the 7 ETH Kipu courses held simultaneously in different cities across Latin America in 2023, where I served as project manager and instructor.
  • Winner of the MercadoLibre Digital Entrepreneurs Award at the Ideas Contest, 2019.
  • Record sales in the department where I was project manager and general manager in 2017 and 2018.

Within Push, I am one of the Push en Español ambassadors most involved in designing strategies and tactics for our projects and campaigns. Besides being a strategist, I am a doer, which is why I have engaged in all types of activities for Push, such as leading workshops and talks, negotiating and establishing partnerships, organizing and representing Push at events, and creating value content about Push, both written and in video format, for Push en Español’s social media platforms.

I also contribute to the design of standards, processes, and maintaining the health of my ambassador hub.
Given these precedents, I am confident that as the Project Manager for Zealy, I can improve automation, streamline workflows, and help empower each ambassador hub.

Additionally, I am a results-oriented and people-focused leader. Therefore, I will work to ensure that communication, a positive work environment, and sharing best practices among the various teams are values that represent the Push Ambassador Program across all its hubs.

What tools are you proficient with?

Notion, Trello, Charmverse, Podio, Jira, Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, to name a few tools in which I am proficient within the role’s category.

Throughout my engineering career and professional journey, I have used hundreds of tools. Learning to use new tools and becoming proficient in them is something I find easy.

Describe 3 of your main achievements as a Push ambassador:

Consistency and Commitment to Push Protocol:

I have consistently provided high performance as an ambassador, ranking in the top 1 or 2 of Push en Español month after month for over a year, reflecting my dedication to Push Protocol.

Leading Projects with a Focus on Generating ROI for Push:

I co-organized and led Push Protocol’s representation at the main web3 event in Venezuela, which brought together over 3,500 attendees over 4 days. I conducted workshops, was interviewed live by one of the country’s top web3 media outlets, and organized several high-impact, in-person activities that generated significant follower growth for Push Protocol and Push en Español’s social media channels. It was one of the events that generated the most ROI for Push from Push en Español.

Design and Optimization of Internal Processes:

I designed the audit process for the Latam hub, which significantly reduced errors in the distribution of payments to ambassadors, improving transparency in a critical area of the team.

I have also designed or collaborated on several other processes for Push en Español, such as the strategy for participating in events, social media strategies, and the standards to be met on the blog and X accounts of Push en Español, among others.

In this area, my ability to identify opportunities and bottlenecks in processes, as well as my skills in developing plans and fostering changes in workflow culture, make me confident that as Project Manager for Zealy, I will greatly help the ambassador hubs to enhance their process automation and teamwork.

Together we work better. Keep Pushing :bell::muscle:
